We were sad to leave the wonderful ship we had been on, but being greeted promptly and so warmly on the docks in Valparaiso, and having a guide to see us through the wonderful chaos of that scene was very comforting. 
The ride from Valparaiso to Santiago was accomplished swiftly and, more importantly, very safely. We were delivered to our destination in great comfort and with the utmost professionalism. That it was early on a Sunday morning, made the effort all that much more extraordinary.
There is no doubt that we will seek out the services of Viator in future trips, whether in Chile or elsewhere.

Hi Fernando, the tour we did in Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar with Top Private tours through Viator was absolutely perfect from beginning to end.
We took a private tour for 4 of us. We were picked up at our B & B, exactly at the time we requested and we were promptly emerged into the tour of
wonderful Valparaiso.
Our Tour Guide was fantastic, extremely friendly, curtious and very knowledgable providing us with lots of information about Valparaiso.
The Driver as well was very good and we felt very safe and comfortable in the vehicle the whole journey.
The second half of the day was spent in Vina Del Mar which was lovely. We had requested a lunch stop in Vina Del Mar and wanted a seafood restaurant
along the ocean front. Our guide did not disappoint us, finding us a wonderful picturesque restaurant with excellent seafood! We lingered for 1
1/2hrs for lunch and we were not rushed at all by our guide!
I would without a question recommend this tour for anyone I know who would travel to Valparaiso!
It needs no changes to the itinerary, it was perfect and was everything I expected.
I just want to thank you for providing us with an excellent tour, allowing us to be submerged into the Valparaiso's culture, heritage and its history.
We absolutely fell in love with this city because of this tour!

The tour was fantastic. The tour operator met us at the dock, and took us to the vehicle. The vehicle was comfortable and with good tires and
suspension. Our driver spoke perfect English, so our tour was even more enjoyable. Our driver explained to us the sights as we drove to the
Penguin Colony. He was very informative. The trip up and down the hills, and down the road that nobody but him would even know that it was a road
was thrilling. After, our allotted time at the Penguin colony we had a light lunch provided by the tour company and headed back to town. We then
took a quick trip through town as our time was almost up.
There were 4 of us on this adventure, and all I can say is given a chance I would do it again.

Dear Fernando,We enjoyed this tour very much. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very personable. It was nice to have a private tour for our small group (5 adults). Montevideo is a beautiful city and we enjoyed walking in the center part to see the sights. The winery tour was fabulous. We all enjoyed it so much. My brother-in-law who grows grapes in Canada especially liked seeing the vines and learning about the processes used in Uruguay. Very enjoyable day and would recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the cruise crowds for a day. I would rate this tour 5 stars.

nuestra experiencia fue bastante positiva en cuanto al guía y al vehículo, así como el recorrido. Si hubiera que hacer algún comentario sobre este último yo diría que el paseo alrededor de la laguna verde en el parque Coyaique (creo que así se llama) tomó quizás demasiado tiempo. El paseo fue ciertamente bonito pero quizás fue demasiado largo en relación con el tiempo total de la excursión, dada la cantidad y calidad de puntos interesantes de la zona.
Si volvemos por ahí no duden que les contactaremos de nuevo.
