What to expect
We begin our journey bordering the Strait of Magellan 60 km south towards the historic Fort Bulnes (ticket included).
We stop at the geographic landmark that represents the center of Chile Continental, Insular and Antarctic, which is strategically located to indicate departures from the ruins of the city Rey Don Felipe or Port Famine, to Fuerte Bulnes and the San Juan River picnic area and fishing.
Afterwards we will travel through forests of Lenga and Coihue to Punta Santa Ana, where the Fuerte Bulnes; reconstruction of that first Chilean garrison in southern lands, opened by issuing the Goleta Ancud in 1843, during the government of Don Manuel Bulnes and was later abandoned to move to the "Sandy Point" where is now the city area Punta Arenas.
There will visit the various buildings such as the chapel, the prison, the Court of cannons, stables, dining rooms, built in native wood with an ax and grass huts.

CITY TOUR
After an hour we continue with the city tour visiting the Plaza de Armas, home of a monument to Ferdinand Magellan. Around the Plaza are beautiful buildings such as the Cathedral, the Government, the Horn Hotel, Sara Braun Palace and Braun Menendez Jose residence where the latter remind us of the historical past of this city and life nineteenth and early twentieth century in the southernmost continental city in the world.
Visit museums; Braun Menendez Palace showing the lifestyle of a family pioneer in Patagonia in the early twentieth century and Nao Victoria Museum that it´s great.
Later we visit its main streets and avenues to appreciate the traditional Memorial Shepherd, the mansions of the suburbs, until the Regional Cemetery, where we will travel the streets of beautiful gardens and luxurious mausoleums.
Finally we will go to the Mirador del Cerro de la Cruz, where you can see the colorful roofs of the city of Punta Arenas, the Strait of Magellan, Tierra del Fuego Island and Dawson Island, a must order.
